When will my Order be Delivered?
If you order by 2:00 pm (CST), all products in-stock are shipped the same day by our affiliated couriers to the contiguous 48 states. (Standard delivery time is usually two to three business days from time shipped). Rush Shipping is available on most products at an additional shipping charge. Sorry, we are currently not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.

Can I cancel my Order?
No, not at this time. Once an order has been submitted "in process", it cannot be cancelled due to automated processing and fast delivery to our customers.

Please do not refuse the package when delivery is attempted. Once the order arrives please call us for a return authorization number and we will issue your refund of the product's purchase price and applicable taxes to your payment method once we have received and processed the returned product(s). A restocking fee may be charged on some products. Refused orders will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

What Internet browser is best for viewing this site?

Do you have a non-graphics version of your site?
No. However, images on this site will display "alternative" text if you opt to disable graphics in your browser.

How can I make your site operate/download more quickly?
A minimum connection speed of 56K is recommended for viewing this site. Although any connection will work, faster is better. The difference in performance is mainly in the speed that images and text will load as you go from one page to the next.

Our online store carries a limited selection of our in-store products, as well as a wide assortment of Online Only items not found in our retail stores. And, just as prices in our stores may vary by region, so are our online prices sometimes different from those at the MASH retail stores because we ship from central distribution centers.

Do you have available inventory information on your site?
Unfortunately, online inventory tracking information is not currently available. We will notify you if a product you order online is not available.

What are Gift Certificates and E-GiftCards?
SHOPMedRx.com Gift Certificates and E-GiftCards are used to purchase merchandise and services from any MASH Retail Store or SHOPMedRx.com.    E-Giftcards can be reloaded by calling Customer Care at 800-768-9182 prompt 4.  Gift Certificates and E-Giftcards have no fees and they never expire.  Any usused balance remains on the cerifiticate or e-giftcard until spent.   Gift Certificates and E-Giftcards are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be returned for a refund.  Gift Certificate and E-Giftcards  are deemed purchased in and issued in the State of Alabama.  Gift Certificates and E-Giftcards if lost or stolen may be replaced by calling 800-768-9182 prompt 4, your original receipt/email is required.
