Return/Exchange Information

Exchange Policy

At SHOPMedRx.com, we want to please our customers with quality products. If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, we'll be happy to replace the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Just follow the steps below.

  1. E-mail us at mashcorporate@bellsouth.net including your order number and the item# that is damaged.
  2. Provide description of specific damage to the item.
  3. Within the next business day, we will assign a RA# (Return Authorization). You will be notified by e-mail.
  4. We will process your replacement item and ship it on the same day, or when the item becomes available in stock. (Outbound Shipping charges will apply).
All exchanges not due to a SHOPMedRx.com error, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Policy

One of our goals at SHOPMedRx.com is for our customers to be completely satisfied. We have a full 30-day return policy* from the time of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your product. NO RETURNS after 30 days will be accepted.

Please note: Due to health and safety concerns, opened packages of disposable and reusable incontinence products, bath products, enteral products, food products, and personal products cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds. All merchandise returned are subject to a 25% restocking charge and without an Return Authorization Number (RA#), including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 45% restocking fee and less actual shipping/handling charges.

*Return eligibility: Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Special orders, custom made products, personal products, AED Equipment/Supplies, and oxygen concentrators with operation time cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products.

If you have a product that needs to be returned, please follow these steps:
  1. E-mail us at mashcorporate@bellsouth.net including your invoice number and the item number that you would like to return.
  2. Give a brief reason for the return.
  3. Within the next business day, we will assign a RA# (Return Authorization). You will be notified by e-mail. You must have a RA# to receive credit for all returns.
  4. You will also receive simple instructions for your return. Your package must be in its original box and you must write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box.
  5. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and credit your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to be issued.
