Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel your ShopMedRx membership or subscription at any time by contacting support@shopmedrx.com or (888) 555-0142; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Consultation and membership fees are non-refundable once a licensed clinician has reviewed your intake. Medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, as required by pharmacy law; if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
